Set Your Default “From” Email Address

In Teesom, you can set a default sending email for the entire company, as well as individual default emails for each user.

Set Your Company Default Email to Send From

Open the Main Menu and click “Company Settings.
On the Company Setup page:
  1. Click Email.
  2. Expand the "Email Default Settings" section.
  3. From the "Default Email Account to Send As" dropdown, select the desired email address.

Set Your User Default Email to Send From

Open your User Profile screen by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner and then select your name from the dropdown menu.
  1. On the Edit User screen, click the “Email Account” dropdown and select the email you want to use for sending.
  2. Click Save.

Teesom Admin users, or users in your company with permission to edit other user accounts, can set a default email on another user’s behalf by going to the User List.
