Customize Email Templates
There are a variety of email templates within Teesom that you can easily customize.
To get started, go to the Main Menu and click on "Company Settings."
On the Company Setup page, under the Setup tab, you can customize your email templates in the following sections:
- Order Entry
- Purchase Order
- Art
- Customer Portal
Most of the customizable templates can be found under the Order Entry and Art sections.
To edit payment related emails, go to the "Payments" tab and expand "Payments and Refunds Preferences":
To edit a template, click on "Edit Mail Template" and then simply click where you want, delete what you want, and type what you want:
