Delete Tax Code

You can delete tax codes in Teesom from Company Setup under the Lists tab.

View your Tax:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Company Settings.
  2. Open the Lists tab in Company Setup.
  3. Click Sales Tax (or Item Tax Rates if using "Sales Tax per line on order").


Deleting a Combined Tax:

  1. Edit the combined tax.
  2. Uncheck “Available option during order entry or when creating customers.”
  3. Save changes, then the option to delete the tax will be available.

Deleting a Single Tax Code:

  1. Delete any combined tax rates that include it.
  2. Once removed, the option to delete the tax will be available.
