Update the Shipping Charges on a Shipment

Once shipping charges have been added to a job, updates must be made within the shipment on the order, rather than editing the line item on the order directly.

For ShipStation Integrated Shipments: If the shipment has already been sent to ShipStation, you will not be able to edit the details of the shipment.

With the relevant Invoice open scroll all the way down to the Shipping Charges job. Then click on the shipment charge.

The Shipping Charges job will always appear as the last item on the invoice.

On the edit screen, click the “click here” link to access the Shipment screen on the Shipping Charges step.

On the Shipment Screen, under the Shipping Rates step, you can now edit the shipping charge as needed.
