Set Main Customer Contact
If a customer has multiple contacts, you can assign a Main contact person as well as a Financial contact person.
To set the main and financial contact persons for a customer:
- Go to the "Customers" page via the Main Menu.
- Click the "3-dot" menu next to the relevant customer and select "Edit".
- Then click on the "Advanced" dropdown menu and select "Contact Persons".
Choose to designate the contact as the main contact, financial contact, or both:
- Main Contact: Used for general communications.
- Financial Contact: Receives payment notifications and OTPs.
