Purchasing Goods Through Non-Integrated Vendors

Non-Integrated Vendors are vendors that are not connected to Teesom through an API. 

There are two types of Non-Integrated Vendors in Teesom:

1. Teesom Catalogs: These are catalogs (suppliers) that are officially supported by Teesom.
   
1. Before you are able to use a "Teesom Catalog” on an order you will have to turn it “On.” Go to the Main Menu -> “Pricing & Products Settings” and select “Teesom Catalogs”.
   
2. After enabling the catalog, you will now be able to add its products to an order. Then you can create a PO and send it via email to the supplier.
2. Own Catalogs: These are catalogs (suppliers) that are not supported by Teesom and are added and maintained by you, the user.
1. First, create the supplier, go to the Main Menu and select "Suppliers." On the "Suppliers" screen click "+ New Supplier" and then enter the required information.
2. Now we need to link the supplier to a catalog. Go to the Main Menu -> “Pricing & Product Settings” then select “Own Catalogs.“ On the "Your Own Catalogs" screen click on "+ New Catalog."
   
3. Now you can add products to the Catalog. First go to the Main Menu, click on “Pricing & Product Settings” then select “Own Products.“ Click on “+ New Product“ and enter the required information.
   
4. After creating the catalog and adding some products to it, you will now be able to use those products on an order. Then you can create a PO and send it via email to the supplier.
