There are times in Teesom when an Integrated Vendor's Catalog is missing one of the following:
Style Color
Style Size
The Style (product)
This usually happens because the vendor has temporarily made them unavailable via the API integration.
When this occurs you can ping the vendor using the blue hyperlink "Click Here" from the "Add Items" pop up screen.
What this does is sends a "ping" to the vendor for an update on their data which usually does cause the missing data to re-appear if it has then been made available.
However this is not instant, it can take 10minutes or a few hours for Products to be made available again through the API.
Pinging the vendor will not always return the item, the only thing pinging the vendor does is asks for an update.
So if a product was made unavailable or a size/color are not showing after pinging a vendor it will not show until it is made available again.
And if a product, color or size has been discontinued and completely removed from the API integration,
Even if it still appears on the website, it will not be shown on Teesom's end due to the Supplier not allowing it through the integration.
Teesom has no control over what is sent through the API only the Vendor side does,
