There are four primary methods for processing online payments in Teesom:
- Send the quote to the customer, who then makes a deposit payment.
- Convert the quote to an invoice yourself and collect the deposit during the process.
- Send the invoice to the customer, who then pays the balance.
- Use the "Take Payment" option on the invoice yourself within Teesom.
Below is an example of what the Customer View of a Quote looks like:
After the customer clicks “Place Order,” they will:
- Select the “Pricing Tier,” which will adjust the total amount based on your 3-tier pricing.
- Choose a payment method.
- Decide whether to use a “New Card” or a “Saved Card On File.”
- Agree to the Order Terms and Conditions.
- Click “Next.”
After clicking “Next,” the customer will enter their billing address information, card details, and finalize the payment.
