Online Payment Flow

There are four primary methods for processing online payments in Teesom:

  1. Send the quote to the customer, who then makes a deposit payment.
  2. Convert the quote to an invoice yourself and collect the deposit during the process.
  3. Send the invoice to the customer, who then pays the balance.
  4. Use the "Take Payment" option on the invoice yourself within Teesom.

Below is an example of what the Customer View of a Quote looks like:


After the customer clicks “Place Order,” they will:
  1. Select the “Pricing Tier,” which will adjust the total amount based on your 3-tier pricing.
  2. Choose a payment method.
  3. Decide whether to use a “New Card” or a “Saved Card On File.”
  4. Agree to the Order Terms and Conditions.
  5. Click “Next.”


After clicking “Next,” the customer will enter their billing address information, card details, and finalize the payment.
