Clear Teesom's Cookies & Cache

If you encounter issues accessing live chat or experience unusual behavior while using Teesom, try clearing the TEESOM cookies from your browser, then close and reopen the browser.
You can view the video attached at the bottom to see how to do so, or follow the steps below:

      1.) Click on the "Site Info" button. (As shown in the image below.)
      2.) Click "Cookies and site data"



      3.) Click "Manage on-device site data"



      4.) Click the bin icons, next to both app.teesom.com and teesom.com, to clear Teesom site cookies.
      5.) Click done.



      6.) Lastly, close and reopen your browser.
