Delete Warehouse

You can delete a warehouse from the Company Setup page; however, all stock must first be removed.

Note: If you have only one warehouse, you will not be able to delete it. Instead, you can edit the warehouse code and description.

Check Warehouse Stock Levels

To view stock levels in a warehouse, go to the Main Menu, click on "Reports," and select the "Inventory Stock On Hand" report.

On the "Stock On Hand" report screen, select the warehouse from the dropdown menu and click "Submit" to generate a stock report.

Zero Out Warehouse Stock

On the “Inventory Codes List,” you can adjust the quantity of stock items in the warehouse to zero.

Open the Main Menu and Click "Inventory" to open the  “Inventory Codes List," then:

1. Click the ‘3 dots’ next to the inventory code.
   
2. Select “Update Qty.”
   

Now you can select the warehouse from the dropdown menu, find the styles with stock, enter 0 in the "Qty" entry box, and then hit "Save."

Repeat the process for all inventory codes with stock until the warehouse you want to delete is emptied.

Delete The Warehouse

Once all items in that warehouse have been zeroed, you can delete the warehouse from the Company Setup screen. 

Go to the Main Menu and click “Company Settings.”

1. Click on “Inventory.”
   
2. Expand “Warehouse List.”
   
3. Click "Delete" to remove the warehouse.
