Checking Stock and Item Pricing on an Order

With integrated vendors, you can check for stock on items before purchasing.
Note that these features only function fully with integrated vendor items as we can only fetch the latest data from integrated vendors.

To check supplier stock of items, on an order:
  1. Click on the hamburger menu.
  2. Select “Check Stock“.
  3. The stock will then appear in a green box under the quantity of the item.


To check item pricing:
  1. Click on the hamburger menu.
  2. Select "Get Latest Cost".


If any costs were not up to date then the retail pricing will adjust when they are updated. (Provided that the retail pricing is being marked up based on cost and not entered manually.)

You can also check stock and pricing on a Purchase Order.
