Change Customer On An Order

You can only change the customer on a Quote. If you need to change the customer on an invoice, you must duplicate the invoice to create a new Quote.

Since any existing artwork is linked directly to the original customer, you will need to remove all artwork/imprints from the Quote before changing the customer. After removing the artwork, refresh the page.

You can then change the customer by clicking the double arrows next to the customer name, as shown in the image below:
