Adding a Discount

In Teesom, you can apply a discount by creating an "Other Charge" with a negative amount or percentage.

To do this, go to the Main Menu, select "Pricing & Product Settings," and click on "Other Charges."

On the "Other Charges" screen, click "+ New Charge." Please note the following when creating a discount "Other Charge":

• The "Retail Mode" setting will determine whether the charge is a flat amount or percentage-based.
• To create a discount, enter a negative value (e.g., -5).
  

You can also add an "Other Charge" directly from an order on-the-fly .

To add your discount to an order:

• Click the (+) icon next to one of the jobs on the Order.
• Select "Other Charge."

Lastly, check the box next to the discount you created and click "Submit" to add it to the order.
